Combi Scale System

The customer needed high speeds and extreme accuracy when bagging plastic tubes.  Advanced Poly-Packaging put together this system which requires a single operator to simply monitor the activity and place the filled cartons on a cart for shipping.
 

This system utilizes the: UF-3000 Hopper/Incline Conveyor for initial product movement US-8000 Combi Scale to weigh products and release when combinations within the weigh buckets are reached T-1000 Advanced Poly-Bagger™ to bag and seal each correct combination Ti-1000 Inline Thermal Transfer Printer to print product information on each bag Advanced Poly-Bags™ for high quality integrity and seal performance LS-10 Load Shelf to support the bag when using heavy or bulky products AF-10 Accumulating Funnel to stage product immediately above bag opening and prevent spillage BV-10 Bar Code Verifier to make sure printed bar codes are readable UF-2000 Incline Conveyor to transport bagged product BF-4000 Box Filling System to position cartons in place and count bags being released into them.
