• UC-2400 Vibratory Parts Counter – to align products and drop them into the T-1000.
• T-1000 – to bag the product with more precision than any other bagger on the market; equipped with:
• Ti-1000 Inline Thermal Transfer Printer
• LC-10 Light Safety Curtain, recently improved to shut off air supply for increased safety.
• US-4000 Rotary Check-Weigh Scale – to determine if package meets pre-determined weight standards or proper counts.
• UF-2000 Incline Conveyor – to take the weighed package to its final destination on the packaging line.

The T-1000M (medical) is the perfect solution for packagers of medical and pharmaceutical products. All the options available on the standard T-1000, including full-color, touch screen programming and speeds up to 100 bags per minute, the T-1000M is designed to meet all medical seal validation standards. You can use it with standard or custom Advanced Poly-Bags™ or our patented preopened Tyvek® bags on rolls. Preopened bags on rolls bring speed to packaging and now they’re available with high-demand Tyvek® material.
